We want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal purchase. Since our items are handmade, each piece is unique.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Replacements
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
